We collect a limited set of device-related information solely to ensure essential app functionality and account security.

Device Identifiers (IDFV / UUID) Used exclusively for account security, fraud prevention, and enforcing our “5 Concurrent Devices” connection limit.

This data is:

Collected only when necessary for core app functionality
Not used to identify you personally
Not shared for tracking purposes

2. VPN Usage and No-Logs Policy

We operate under a strict No-Logs Policy.

We do not:

Monitor or record your browsing activity
Store source or destination IP addresses
Log DNS queries or traffic content
Inspect or analyze transmitted data

All VPN traffic is processed in real time and is not retained after transmission.

3. App Permissions (Camera, Microphone, Photo Library)

Our application may request access to Camera, Microphone, and Photo Library permissions solely for customer support and manual assistance services.

These permissions may be used when you voluntarily choose to:

Capture photos or videos to report issues or submit diagnostic information
Record audio for voice-based customer support communication
Select screenshots or images from your photo library to assist service requests

These permissions are:

Optional and user-initiated
Requested only with your explicit consent
Never accessed in the background

We do not use these permissions for advertising, tracking, or VPN traffic monitoring. The use of these permissions is completely independent of our VPN and network services.

4. Cross-Platform Access and In-App Purchases

Users may access premium features purchased on other platforms. However, all digital transactions conducted within the iOS application are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase, in accordance with App Store Review Guideline 3.1.1.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
